Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 30% fee of the scheduled service.
No-shows may be subject to additional charges or loss of booking privileges.
Fees may be applied as a credit toward a future booking if rescheduled within 30 days.
This policy helps protect scheduled time and availability for all clients.
